A Mysterious Visitor From GCHQ

On Tuesday 15th of February, a GCHQ employee, (a former DCGS student), came to give a short talk in the school library. He explained that GCHQ is one of the UK’s intelligence, security and cyber agencies. They help keep the country safe and focus on the communications of the UK’s enemies. What’s changed today is that technology is now central to our way of life. He helped explain that without any of the UK’s intelligence agencies the UK would be a much more dangerous place. Being a former student, it proved that any one of us could get into the same career field as him.
